Exchanges/Store Credits

We have a 30-day exchange or credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


To request an exchange or store credit, you can contact us at shaktibling@mail.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange/credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your mala breaks within the 30 day period after you receive it, I can restring it for you at no charge. (Local orders can be arranged for pick up/drop off. If you are out of town, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.) If it breaks after the 30 day period, I offer a restringing charge of $15 for a mala necklace or $5 for a bracelet (plus the cost of shipping if applicable).

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
Unfortunately, I do not offer cash back returns, only exchanges or store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent the new item of the same value (a straight exchange) and/or issued a gift card with the balance of your return.
